Gemeinnütziger Verein THAL-KI
THAL-KI als gemeinnütziger Verein fördert Senioren und Junioren in der Nutzung ihrer eigenen Hauselektronik, Fernsehen, Streamen, Internet, Sozialen Medien, Festnetz, Handy, WebCams usw. durch den Einsatz von Ein-Platinen-Rechner, Dongles, Apps usw.
THAL-KI fördert insbesondere die Beziehungen und Kommunikation zwischen Grosseltern und ihren Enkeln und umgekehrt, es stellt also einen möglichen Ansatz zum Aufbau und Pflege von gegenseitigem Interesse, Verständnis und Wertschätzung zur Verfügung.
THAL-KI bietet Junioren die Möglichkeit sich einerseits mit Realwelt -Freunde zu vernetzen und andererseits ihre Passion für Technik und Computer mit anderen Junioren zu teilen.
Swiss NPO Association THAL-KI
As a Swiss non-profit association, THAL-KI supports seniors and juniors in using their own home electronics, television, streaming, internet, social media, landline, cell phone, webcams, etc. by using single-board computers, dongles, apps, etc.
THAL-KI particularly promotes relationships and communication between grandparents and their grandchildren, and vice versa. Provides a practical approach to building and maintaining mutual interest, understanding and appreciation – raising their quality of life.
THAL-KI offers juniors the opportunity to network with real-world friends and to share their passion for technology and computers with other gifted juniors, and hopefully with their own parents too.
NPO for Youth & AI for Good
THAL-KI “AI & Robotics”, “Life Sciences”, “Novel Marcom” and “Artifact Gallery” are our evolved activities, planed and financed for 2025 -2027, for us young students and young professionals, to evolve further in AI technology for our own: FUN – FAME – FUTURE!
To apply new technologies, we do not stick to old patterns and traditional structures – but we think new technologies, develop advanced patterns and future-oriented structures: SCIENCE-FICTION IS OUR YESTERDAY!
We team-up locally, network globally online, use all available open-source AI resources and paid AI services, benefit of IT infrastructure and basic financing, are empowered by sponsors and technology partners… to live our view on AI and to: PROVE OUR CONCEPTS!
NGO for AIFOD-Global South
THAL-KI supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals in general and specifically AIFOD’s mission, to facilitate accessibility to artificial intelligence (AI) across the globe, particularly in developing countries, e.g. the Global South.
THAL-KI provides its own solution, balanced between “all immediately facilitated in AI leading countries” and “all difficultly constructed from scratch in AI developing countries”.
THAL-KI offers immediate access to Switzerland as highly secure and independent jurisdiction, with 24h stable power and safe terrestrial high speed internet, its full-blown own datacenter in Switzerland, unique collaboration models and THAL-KI as global online networking hub.

Swarm Intelligence
The goal of the Swarm Intelligence project is to develop an “intelligent AI swarm engine”. The engine will ensure that different robots and drones can carry out their coordinated missions entirely automatically and without any human intervention – like a collective of organic organisms .

The goal of Artifact Intelligence is to drive AI powered research on private art collections, their collectors and equivalent potential qualified buyers – especially to identify highly desired artifacts, potentially subject to pre-succession circumstances.

TTI Technology Trade and Investments SA, UID: CHE-109.657.158, incorporated 2002 in Switzerland, provides all necessary administrative support, global contacts and infrastructure as may be required for seamless operations of NPOs and NGOs: THAL-KI, SWISS Family Office Novel Business Club and Artifacts Gallery.
The Chairman Sir John, John K. Basu, provides as a Business Angel: domiciliation, basic investments and fully operational datacenter for the NPO/NGO THAL-KI.
We boost you “From ZERO to HERO!”
The VP & Technology leader of THAL-KI, Manuel Spiss, engages in Volunteering for serving as Hub Leader with “AI for Good”, organized by ITU – 40+ UN Sister Agencies – the Government of Switzerland, in the interest of all Swiss and global youth.
Manuel Spiss has been nominated as Hub Leader, starting March 31st 2025.
All THAL-KI members are invited to join the “ITU AI for Good” global initiative too.
The independent Hub will be supported to drive, regionally and globally, the revolving Genesis project “Autonomous Deep Avatar”.
Sir John, John Basu, President, represents the Swiss NPOs/NGOs at “AIFOD” events at the United Nations in Geneva & Vienna.
Specifically supporting technology transfer to the Global South in general, governments & companies and universities & students.
All membership fees, for by AIFOD recommended Global South universities and students, are waived, provided Swiss data protection regulations, IP rights & protection terms and THAL-KI general T&Cs are accepted, by each & every application.
